Taking place on September 22nd and 23rd, the Vermont Wine & Harvest Festival offers attendees the chance to savor and enjoy the best of Vermont's vintners, small specialty food producers, chefs, artists, and farmers.

The festival features several signature events, including the Wine Stroll and Soup Contest on Friday, September 22nd in Historic Downtown Wilmington. The after-party at The Wilmington Inn announces the soup contest winner and draws raffle prizes.

The Grand Tasting & Artisan Expo takes place on Saturday, September 23rd at Mount Snow Resort in West Dover. With over 60 vendors, including Vermont wineries, distilleries, cideries, and breweries, you can shop, taste, and savor a truly unique Vermont experience in the tented festival area. Take a break from the tents and ride the Bluebird lift for a summit view of Southern Vermont's glorious fall foliage. Please note that lift tickets require a separate purchase through Mount Snow.

Finally, on Sunday, September 24th, the Vermont Wildlife Festival sponsored by the Southern Vermont Natural History Museum offers a fun day for the whole family to celebrate Vermont's wildlife, wild places, and outdoor heritage. Enjoy live animal exhibits, including reptiles and amphibians, live birds of prey, and presentations from organizations across the state representing every outdoor pursuit from hunting and fishing to turtle rescue and bird watching.
