Smoking
No smoking is permitted inside the Franklyn Farm Inn or on the porches. You may smoke outside away from the house as long as you are respectful of our other guests. You will be charged a $400 damage fee to your credit card if you smoke in your room. 

 

Pets
We are unable to allow animals at the Franklyn Farm Inn. We do allow guests to bring a Registered Service, Emotional Support or Therapy dog  . The Sugar Maple is the only room assigned for guest traveling with their Registered Service, Emotional Support or Therapy dog as it is downstairs and has outside access.

 

Damage
Please let us know if you have an accident at once as it is much easier and usually less expensive, to deal with spills, etc. when it first happens. Damage that has been found after check out will be charged the cost of repair plus any loss of income from room if applicable. We will charge your credit card $400 immediately upon finding the damage and notify you of what we found. Once the full cost of the damage is determined, we will let you know by e-mail to work out a pay arrangement.

Credit card required for reservation confirmation. 

Check-in / Check-out policies
Check-in: between 4– 7 pm (Please let us know in advance if you need a later check in time)
Check-out: by 11am

 

Cancellation / Refund Policy
Cancellations must be made in person or phone 14 days prior to arrival date or we will charge the full reservation. (30 days are required for extended stays or holidays).  We will do our best to rebook your room, which then eliminates the charge.

• Cancellations requiring a credit card refund will be charged a $30 processing fee. This cover's the cost of processing the card and fees.

• Cancellation on day of arrival or late arrivals/early departures are still responsible for the full payment of the reserved room fee.

 

Privacy Policy
During the registration process, we may collect personally identifiable information. When entering our website you are asked to accept/decline cookies.

All of your personal and payment information is encrypted making it private and secure.

Cancellations affect us significantly at the Franklyn Farm Inn. If you are worried about having to cancel for any reason, stay in contact with us so we will be able to make changes.
